Arrival to New York
Transportation to The Frederick Hotel
You will be greeted in baggage claim by your driver. They will be holding a sign with your last name on it. Your driver may contact you, via phone, to confirm that you have arrived. They will wait up to 30 minutes if you do not answer their call.
If you have any issues finding your driver, please contact Windy City Limousines at 847-916-9300; select Option 1 and provide your first and last name and the event code: NYFW Spring 2025

Upon your arrival, you will be able to check into the hotel with your government issued ID. You should not be required to put down a credit card. Rooms may not be ready until as late as 4:00pm. If your room is not ready, you may leave your bags with the front desk. They will contact you once your room is ready.

Serafina Italian Restaurant | Attached to The Frederick Hotel
Enter Serafina through the door to the left of the check-in desk in the lobby of the hotel. Go up the stairs that are located in the center of the restaurant. U of NYFW staff will be present to help direct you.
Dinner will be served.
*Make sure to wear a piece of gear from your university for photo opps.
***If your flight will require you to miss dinner, please text your assigned staff member upon arrival to The Fredrick Hotel and we will meet you in the lobby to provide you with all the materials!8:30 pm
